You will need:
-Weights (or bottles or bands)
-A chair or stool
Format:
-Warm-up
-5 rounds of 6 full body strength exercises
-First 4 rounds repeated
-Spicy 5th round - 6 full body but alternative finisher exercises
-Cool down & stretch
Join Michael and work through each circuit step by step, concentrating on good form, technique, and building full body strength. Even if you do not use any weight or bottles all. Learning how to perform each exercise correctly will bring you a lot of value - especially if you are a beginner! All levels are welcome and encouraged.
